Booking Lead Times report analyzes the lead times in days for multiple different dimensions

Table Columns - Subject Period | Comparison Period | Variance

Metric Description Formula
Bookings The count of reservation transactions confirmed within a specified timeframe.  Sum of all reservation records created 
Average Daily Rate (ADR) The average rate the hotel(s) charge users for stays during a given period.  Total Room Revenue/Rooms Nights Stayed or Booked 
Culminative Count  The total count of bookings that have been accrued by a given lead time  Sum of bookings up until that the given lead time window.
