Corporate & Agency Profile Mapping

The Corporate & Agency Profile Mapping screens allow users to map similar or duplicate agency and corporate profiles together in HotelIQ, combining production for two or more profiles as one.

Instructions

  1. Open Corporate Profile Mapping or Agency Profile Mapping via the Account Management App or by using the Search Bar

  2. Click on Edit Master Profile > Add Master Profile > Enter a name for the Master Profile and click “Save”

  3. Return to the Corporate Profile or Agency Profile Mapping screen

  4. Select the profile(s) that need to be mapped to a Master Profile

  5. Select Master Profile from the drop-down list and click “Assign Master Profile to Selection”

  6. Corporate/Agency Account Trends report should now combine rooms sold and revenue for those profiles as one single Master Profile
