Create a New User

Please note that only Corporate Admin and Hotel Admin have the ability to add new users. There is no limit to the number of users a hotel or tenant can create in HotelIQ.

Instructions

1. Open User Maintenance

2. Click on “Add New User”

3. Create a User ID, password, and complete the mandatory fields

4. Select the correct Access Level and Hotel(s) for the new user

5. Click Save
