Create a New User

Please note that only Corporate Admins and Hotel Admins have permission to create new users. There is no limit to the number of users a hotel or tenant can add in HotelIQ.

Steps to create a new user:

1. Open User Maintenance

2. Click on “Add New User”

3. Enter a User ID and complete all required fields

4. Select the appropriate Access Level and assign the relevant Hotel(s)

5. Click Save
