Data Refresh and Update Times

All data in HotelIQ is refreshed once a day after HotelIQ receives the data files from the PMS, post night audit. This timing varies from hotel to hotel.

All dashboards in HotelIQ Decision Cloud updates six times a day at 12pm, 2pm, 8pm, 12am, 3am and 9am Eastern Time (GMT -5). All reports in HotelIQ Decision Cloud updates only once a day when the data refreshes.

Please note that any changes made to the data management screens in HotelIQ (Rate/Group Code Maintenance, Unknown Reservation Maintenance, STR Mapping screen etc) will only be reflected in the dashboards at the next closest update time.
