Day Use Rooms

It is HotelIQ’s standard practice across all hotels to follow the STR reporting guidelines, counting both the rooms and revenues attached to Day Use rooms sold. In order for our STR reports and dashboards to be accurate and of value to users, the data in both the STR figures and the hotel's actuals needs to be consistent and matching.

For example, if HotelIQ only includes Day Use revenues in the hotel’s actualized figures but not the rooms sold, it would artificially inflate the ADR and be a mismatch to the hotel’s STR figures, where both the rooms and revenues for Day Use rooms are included.
