Release Notes: What's New and Improved

We’re excited to share some updates that make your experience better and easier! Here’s what’s changed:

New Feature

  • Total Revenue Per Guest (Report) : The Objective of this report is to highlight the total revenue that guests are charging to rooms. It also provides a breakdown of revenues across key dimensions including market segments, booking channels, room types, geographic sources, and loyalty membership. Thus, users can strategize and tracker a holistic total revenue strategy. Click here to learn more.

  • Agency Production Detail (Dashboard) : The dashboard is designed to provide an in-depth view of agency performance, displaying essential information such as the agency name and its corresponding IATA number. Click here to learn more.

Usage Stats

  • Fixed a bug with Usage Stats.

Shared With Items

  • Fixed a bug where some users got errors when trying to view items shared with them. Now, only the correct items will show up based on your preferences.

Performance Improvements

  • Made the system faster, so icons and important information load quicker.

Help Center

  • The Help Center now opens in a new tab instead of a popup, making it easier to use while working.

My Profile

  • Simplified the profile page by removing extra details.

  • Changed “Role” to “Department” and added a read-only “Access Role” field for clarity.

  • Made password rules stronger to keep your account secure. Click here to learn more.

  • Made it easier to upload or change your profile picture.

My Preferences

  • Moved portfolios to their own section and added a count of hotels for each portfolio.

  • Faster loading of filters for preferences.

User Maintenance Grid

  • Added a loading spinner so you know when the grid is updating.

  • Made the layout consistent with other modules by opening it in a new tab.

  • Added checks to ensure forms are filled out correctly before saving.

Edit User

  • Added checks to ensure email addresses are entered correctly.

  • Removed the option to update passwords here for better security.
