HotelIQ DC v1.7: Release Notes
Add OIDC/MSAL Log in with Microsoft Functionality
-
If enabled at the environment level, users can log in using their Azure/Microsoft credentials
-
Requires their email to be unique within the environment, and the user must exist with that email in HotelIQ and not be suspended
Report Module - Retain Hotel/Portfolio Flag Selection When Clearing Filters
-
When a user clicks the ‘clear filter’ button on the Report module, the Hotel/Portfolio selection will no longer revert to what they have saved in their user preferences. Rather, it will retain the currently selected value in the Hotel/Portfolio radio button.
Report Subscriptions - Conditional Edit Logic
-
The edit/delete actions in the Report Subscription list are now conditional based on whether the user created the subscription initially. Previously, this was dictated by the user’s role.
-
if user created the subscription
-
user can delete, edit
-
-
if user did not create the subscription
-
user can remove themself from the subscription (uses delete button with action-specific confirmation modal)
-
Disable Portfolio Radio Button if User Does Not Have Portfolios
-
In any module with the ability to select Hotel/Portfolio, a check is done to see if any portfolios are associated to the user. If there are no portfolios associated to the user, the Portfolio button is disabled.
-
This bring consistency to the behavior already implemented on the user preferences modal.
-
Modules affected:
-
Landing/KPIs
-
Report
-
User preferences (already implemented)
-
Report subscription - add modal
-
-
In addition, the ability to update an existing Portfolio from User to Corporate or vice versa has been removed. If a user creates a portfolio with the wrong type by mistake, they can simply delete and recreate the Portfolio.
