HotelIQ DC v1.9: Release notes
New Features
Enterprise Dashboards
We’ve enhanced the Enterprise Pace, Pick-up, and Room Type Dashboards to better support properties with multiple accommodation types like hotels, residences, and apartments.
What’s New
-
New “Accommodation Type” Filter:
View performance by accommodation type (e.g., Hotel, Residence). Occupancy now adjusts dynamically based on the selected types.
Example: If a property has 100 hotel rooms (50 sold) and 100 residential rooms (75 sold):-
All types = 62.5% occupancy
-
Hotel only = 50% occupancy
Default setting: “Hotel”
-
-
Improved Dashboard Layout:
Filters have been moved to the top for easier access and reduced scrolling.
Rooms and Occupancy now appear to the left of the orange currency column, while ADR, Rev, and RevPAR are to the right for a cleaner view. -
Room Type Dashboard Update:
Added a Room Type Occupancy column showing occupancy by room type—just like in the Room Type Analysis report.
Benefits
These updates make it easier to view, filter, and analyze performance across different accommodation types—all within a single property.
Please contact HotelIQ Support Team (support@hoteliq.io) if you’re interested in setting up accommodation type filter for your properties too.
Bug Fix:
Pace Analysis Report End Date Issue
We identified and fixed an issue in the Pace analysis report where certain end dates caused 2024 comparison data to appear as unavailable.
-
The issue occurred specifically when the end date was set to December 29th, 30th, or 31st, 2025.
-
This has now been resolved — all end dates will display accurate comparison data moving forward.
Pace analysis report, Weekly occ% calculation issue
We observed that in the Pace Report’s weekly sheet, the last week does not display the occupancy percentage. This has now been resolved
Forecast and Budget Dashboard Discrepancies
We have resolved an initial issue causing discrepancies between dashboards when forecast data was not in the local currency.
