How often does HotelIQ receive my comp set data from STR?

Monthly data:

HotelIQ receives the monthly data files from STR at the mid of each month (around the 20th), for the previous month + past 12 months of historical data.

Daily data:

HotelIQ receives daily data files from STR every day, for the previous business day, except weekends and US public holidays. On Mondays, HotelIQ receives STR data for Friday-Sunday.

STR data is loaded in HotelIQ every weekday around 3.30pm Eastern Time for all properties, including properties located in Asia.

Many properties in the US typically submit their daily data on a weekly basis, hence your comp set data may only appear in HotelIQ once a week, on Wednesdays.
