How often does HotelIQ send my hotel's data to STR? (Two-way Feed)

Daily Data:

HotelIQ submits your hotel’s daily data to STR once a day, including weekends and Public Holidays.

After your hotel’s night audit process has ended, the data from your PMS gets sent to HotelIQ. HotelIQ then automatically forwards this data to STR. We’ll submit the current day’s data + past six weeks of historical daily data to STR.

If the daily file transfer from your PMS to HotelIQ has failed, HotelIQ will automatically submit your data to STR once we have retrieved the missing files from the hotel. In the interim, the hotel may manually submit their data directly to STR if they wish.

Monthly Data:

HotelIQ submits your hotel’s monthly data to STR once a month, on the last day of the month, after the daily file transfer from your PMS to HotelIQ has completed.
