How to handle data file transfer failures (HotelIQ Scripts integration only)

When the data file transfer fails, HotelIQ’s Integrations Team will reach out to the hotel’s IT contacts on file and include a command like this:

C:\rndih\extractsql\extractsql.bat 1-JAN-2021

This command needs to be executed in the Opera server command prompt in administrator mode. Once done, please let us know so we can load the missing data, and we'll confirm back once completed. If this is not possible, you can also schedule a remote session with the Integrations team here, they will remotely access the system and obtain the missing files.
