Metric Description Formula
Length of Stay The average number of room nights spent at the hotel(s) per reservation. Total Occupied Room Nights / Total Number of Bookings
Standard Deviation The average amount by which individual hotel lengths of stay vary from the mean length of stay Square Root of [ (Sum of all (Individual Length of Stay - Average Length of Stay) squared) divided by (Total Number of Reservations) ]
