• Q: Why don’t the room nights on this report match other reports? 

  A: The LOS Analysis in HotelIQ accounts for the full LOS of the guests at the hotel during the subject date range. This might include those who arrived prior to the subject start date and/or might check out after the subject end date. Thus, the total room nights stayed by these guests will be higher than the occupied room nights that stayed within the subject date range.

  This will likely cause the total room nights figure to be higher than other reports that only consider the room nights stayed within the subject period regardless of the total LOS of individual bookings.
