Monthly Forecast Builder Guide

How to enter Forecast/Budget Data on a Monthly level

Instructions

1. Open the Monthly Forecast Builder under the Forecast and Budget App

2. Select the Hotel, Forecast/Budget option and Start/End Dates.

3.  

   

   Apply LY Actuals, STLY or OTB data to All or selected Market Segments

4.  

   

   Click ‘View'. Data will automatically populate in the cells (on the right) by month by market segment

5. Edit or enter data accordingly

 

6. Click ‘Publish to Reports’ to save. Data will automatically populate in the Forecast and Budget Performance report and dashboard
