Room Revenue Multiplier

The Room Revenue Multiplier on the Total Revenue Analysis dashboard shows us the dollar amount spent on Ancillary (F&B and Other) per dollar spent on Rooms. In the example below, we can read the Room Revenue Multiplier as: for every dollar that guests spent on Rooms, they spent 9 cents on Ancillary.

It is calculated as: [(Room Rev + Ancillary Rev)- Adjustments & Posting Master] / Room Revenue = Room Revenue Multiplier
