Sandbox: Stay Data
Sandbox allows users to build custom reports using historical/actualized data.
We invite you to explore the features of Sandbox 2.0 by watching our Video Guide or following steps in the in-app Guide.
Please note that only hotels who have subscribed to the Sandbox feature will have access to this App.
How to Use Sandbox Reports

Open Sandbox

Click “New” to Begin Creating a New Template or Select an Existing Template from the Dropdown

Give your new custom report template a descriptive name and click Proceed

Enter your Date ranges: Select your preferred Subject and Comparison Date Ranges, then click Apply

Select your fields:

Select fields from the All Fields section

Click the box or click & drag to Filters, Columns, Rows or Values

Apply filters or sorting for available fields, if desired

When finished, click Close

Visals, Formatting & Export: Add graphical elements, adjust formatting, and export to Excel, CSV or PDF formats.

Don't forget to Save your template for future use!
