Seasonal/Temporary Closure - What Should I Do?

If your property is undergoing renovations, closed for the season, or temporarily closing for other reasons, please create a ticket via the Service Desk or email support@intelligent-hospitality.com to inform us of the closure dates and plans.

It is important for our team to be aware of this so that necessary adjustments can be made in HotelIQ’s backend, as it affects the daily data file transfer process from your hotel’s PMS to HotelIQ.
