Set up a HIQ-STR Data Feed

If you are interested in setting up a HotelIQ-STR data integration, there are two options available and below are the differences between them. With either option, you’ll be able to access the STR Market Performance Report and Dashboard in HotelIQ with up to 52 weeks of historical daily data.

Setting up the feed is easy - simply complete and sign off on one of the Data Share Consent Forms below and we’ll work with STR to take care of the rest. This is a free integration for HotelIQ users and there is no cost involved.

One-Way Feed: where you'll just receive segmented daily and monthly data for your hotel & your comp set via HotelIQ reporting

Two-Way Feed: where HotelIQ automatically sends your hotel's segmented daily and monthly rooms and F&B figures to STR for STAR reporting — removing the need to log-in and manually enter figures on the STR website. You'll also receive segmented daily and monthly data for your comp set, via HotelIQ reporting.

Note: Hotels still retain the ability to edit and change their data directly on STR’s portal, even if they have a Two-Way Feed set up.
