Subscriptions

All users may create subscriptions for themselves, co-workers or team members by following the steps below. Reports will be automatically sent to the selected user’s email address that is registered in HotelIQ. Subscriptions can be easily disabled or edited at any time.

How to create a new Subscription

1. Open Subscriptions under Notifications

2. Click on Schedule Email Delivery

3. Set a time, day(s) of the week, report type, other default preferences and the user(s) you’d like to schedule the subscription for. Click Save.
