Unknowns are reservations with no or unidentifiable rate codes. Please follow these simple steps to map Unknown Reservations in HotelIQ.

Open Unknown Reservation Maintenance via the Market Segment App or using the Search Bar

Use the filter field to search for reservations mapped under the "Unknown Segment," or alternatively, you can manually review the list of all mapped segment reservations that appear in this window

Once you've identified the reservation(s), select them along with the Rate Code name, and then click "Assign Reservation to Rate Code."
