User Access Levels

There are three User Access levels in HotelIQ. Choosing the right access level for a user depends on the role and responsibility of the individual in the hotel/company.

A Revenue Analyst or Sales and Marketing Manager may be a Hotel User, as they just need to run basic reports and are not typically involved in data and/or admin management.

Hotel Revenue Managers, Directors or General Managers would get the most out of a Hotel Admin role, as they would need to create Forecasts & Budgets, organize data in HotelIQ, manage users and keep a close eye on the business.

Corporate Revenue Directors and Executives would be Corporate Admins, as they would have access to all areas in HotelIQ, including the Currency Conversion tool for managing different currency rates across a portfolio of hotels.
