Why are my reports not showing HotelIQ Prediction data?

If your Booking Pipeline (HIQ Prediction) report or Risk to Achievement Dashboard are not showing HotelIQ Prediction figures, it is likely because of your Forecast & Budget App (FBA) preference settings.

If you have selected to use the Monthly Basic version of FBA, HotelIQ Predictive capabilities will be disabled. In order to re-enable this, you will have to use the Daily Predictive version of FBA. Read this article to see how you can change your preferred FBA version.
