Room Type Inventory Changes
Please open a ticket via the HotelIQ Service Desk or contact support@intelligent-hospitality.com for all room type inventory changes. Please note that changing the room count in HotelIQ may affect your billing as our subscription service is priced per room for most tenants, depending on the contract.
For questions on Component room types, please read here.
For hotels on a STR-HotelIQ Two Way Data Feed, please reach out to your STR Account Manager to notify them of any room count changes. STR does not make changes to room counts soley based on HotelIQ’s data submission.
