Why are my dashboards not working?

If you find that your dashboards are not populating any data, and you have more than one hotel within your tenant in HotelIQ with multi currencies, it is likely because a currency conversion rate has not been set for your hotel(s).

The dashboards bring together all the hotels you have access to within your tenant in HotelIQ, so that users can analyze data and make strategic business decisions on a high level. When a user has two or more hotels based in different geographical locations with PMS systems set in different currencies (e.g. Hotel A in the US with rates set in USD, and Hotel B in HongKong with rates set in HKD), a currency conversion rate needs to be established in HotelIQ so that analysis can be done for both properties at the same time.
